a. No, you cannot. You will have to settle your debt before you can purchase new power units.
b. You can purchase above the debt amount, that way your debt will be deducted, and value will be provided for the balance left.
Kindly visit the nearest electricity distribution company or contact them for detailed information regarding meter debt.
Ensure that there is power supply in your location and the meter is switched on. Input the Token digits carefully and accordingly and press “ENTER”
a. First, kindly confirm that you are loading the token on the right meter you purchased it for, as tokens are meter specific and cannot be used by any other meter.
b. Please be sure that your meter has been registered by the electricity distribution company.
c. There may have been a change in tariff by the distribution company.

Payorboro will never send used tokens to customers. Please note that tokens are meter specific meaning they cannot be used by another meter. If you get the response “USED” do not panic as it can be due to meter network issues and the token has already entered the meter. Kindly wait a while and check again.
You can only load a token into the meter number you purchased it for. Hence, kindly confirm the meter number before you proceed to make payment.
No, Refund is not possible after a token has been generated.
A token is valid for 12 months. However, Kindly be advised to load tokens according to how you purchase them.
